TikRig Terms of Service Last updated: 2026-08-01 1. Acceptance By creating an account or using TikRig (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. The Service TikRig provides tools for TikTok LIVE streamers, including overlays, goals, rankings, interactive games, TTS, music helpers, scenes, and related browser sources for OBS / TikTok LIVE Studio. Features available to you depend on your plan and entitlements. 3. Accounts You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms. 4. Acceptable use You agree not to: (a) misuse the Service to harass, defraud, or spam audiences; (b) attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data; (c) reverse engineer or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service in violation of TikTok’s rules, applicable law, or third-party rights. 5. Third-party platforms TikTok, Google, PayPal, Binance, OBS, and other third parties are independent of TikRig. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third parties. 6. Billing and subscriptions Paid plans, trials, and manual payment reviews are described on the pricing / billing pages. Access continues for the paid period shown on your subscription. Failure to renew may reduce features to the free or inactive tier. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated by us. 7. Content and media You retain rights to content you upload. You grant TikRig a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material. 8. Disclaimer THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, gift detection accuracy, or compatibility with every OBS / TikTok configuration. 9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, TikRig and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Service. 10. Changes We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the website or email when practical. 11. Governing law: unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business.
